These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReputorSystems LLC ("ReputorSystems," "we," "us," or "our") website at www.reputorsystems.com and all related services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using the ReputorSystems website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to bind any organization on whose behalf you are acting, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
ReputorSystems provides AI-powered healthcare marketing automation services to medical and dental practices, including reputation management, local SEO, patient reactivation, physician referral network support, and the R7 Strategic Marketing Framework. Services are provided under separate service agreements executed with each client practice.
Program Description
ReputorSystems LLC operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with prospective and current clients who have opted in via our web form at www.reputorsystems.com/contact. Messages include appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, service status notifications, and (with separate consent) marketing messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates.
Opt-In
You may opt in to receive text messages by checking the SMS consent checkbox(es) on our contact form. Consent to receive marketing messages is separate from consent to receive non-marketing messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
How to Stop (Opt-Out)
You may opt out of our SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. To re-enroll, submit the contact form again and check the SMS consent box.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and service status. You may receive up to 4 messages per month for appointment-related communications, and up to 2 messages per month for marketing communications (if opted in).

All content on the ReputorSystems website — including text, graphics, logos, the R7 Framework methodology, and software — is the property of ReputorSystems LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ReputorSystems does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Marketing results vary by practice, market, and implementation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReputorSystems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ReputorSystems in the 12 months preceding the claim.
ReputorSystems operates as a Business Associate under HIPAA for clients who are Covered Entities. All client engagements involving any potential access to Protected Health Information (PHI) require execution of a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) prior to service commencement. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
